本片改編自同名歌曲，講述了通過書信和筆記的交換，戀上連臉都不知道的對方的愛情故事。神尾飾演的是對未來沒有希望的大學4年級學生堤丈流。與丈流形成鮮明對比的是，櫻田飾演直接追求自己夢想的護士學生村越美優。
